Shipping policy
+Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@martinsallieres.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect items: Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original condition as described above.
